Parripu

This is moong dal curry.

~Ingredients

1 cup moong dal
3 tsp ghee (cow's milk)
¼ tsp tumeric
Salt to taste

~Method

Cook moong dal with turmeric to a semi-solid consistency.

Add salt and ghee.

Serve with sambhar.
