What: Sparsh, the domestic contact centre division of Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd, is recruiting Customer Service Associates, Team Leaders and Quality Executives.
These positions are based in Mumbai.

For Customer Service Associates
~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~ You could have up to two years of work experience.
~ You must be above 18 years old.
~ You must have excellent communication skills in English.
~ Candidates with a flair for customer servicing/ telemarketing will be preferred.
~ Part-time positions are also available.
For Team Leaders
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You must have one to two years of work experience in the BPO industry, with at least six months as a team leader/ team coach for telemarketing of banking/ financial/ insurance products.
For Quality Executives
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You must have two to three years of work experience, with one to two years as a quality analyst with relevant BPO exposure.
