~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate/ NIIT/ GNIIT/ diploma.

~ You must have basic computer skills.

~ You must have one to two years of work experience.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Customer Support Officers

~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate.

~ You could have up to three years of work experience.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
