3. Take a break. Head out of the city during the weekends.

Every once in a while, when Leena, 24, and her husband Rajeev, 28, don't have domestic chores to take care of, Rajeev makes sure they both get away during the weekend. "Sometimes, our chores are left behind, forgotten, because Rajeev will come storming into the house, and whisk me off, without giving me a chance to breathe!" says Leena. "I have learnt to go with the flow -- we feel rejuvenated, energised and there's a certain element of spontaneity to all this which is so exciting!"

4. Talk. Communicate. Share your thoughts, feelings and problems.

"I can't expect Ganesh to be around all the time for my every problem," says Geeta, 25. "Unless it is important, I usually don't bother him at work. I would rather talk to my best friend, and get it out of my chest. Later on, I bring Ganesh up-to-date."
