Mango Yogurt Ice cream
~Ingredients
3/4 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream
5 tbsp milk powder
1 cup sugar
2 cups yogurt
~Method
Combine milk, cream and mango pulp in a saucepan.
Whisk in the powdered milk and sugar.
Heat this mixture over low flame till the sugar dissolves.
Then pour the mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
When the mixture cools down, whisk in the yogurt.
Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it blends uniformly.
Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream container and refrigerate for an hour.
Serve chilled with fresh mango cubes.
