Bags, jewellery, shoes add the finishing touches to the overall look you want to portray.

~ Says Meera Mittal, "You can sometimes make an accessory the main focus of your outfit. For instance, a fancy tie could be the main focus. You could tone down and match the rest of the outfit with the tie." Likewise with a bag or a trendy pair of shoes.

~ Shop at a variety of places like art and craft shops, emporiums, exhibitions, etc, for more variety in your accesories.

~ Try making your own accessories -- like neck pieces -- by using beads, ribbons and the like.

~ Roadside shopping can yield some interesting and unique finds at a modest budget. You need to inspect closely for a good finish, though. Says Ashley, "You can scout for styles which you have already seen in magazines."
