newIt's a well-known fact that the Khans of the film fraternity are avid smokers.

Though Shah Rukh Khan is known the world over for his smoking habit, Salman's smoking habit is lesser known. Now, it is the turn of another Khan to join the gang.

Aamir Khan has revealed on his blog that because of excessive work pressure, related to his forthcoming film Taare Zameen Par, he has become hooked to smoking. But he adds that a New Year resolution has already been made to kill this new habbit.

In an earlier interview to BBC, Aamir had revealed that he got addicted to smoking when he was shooting for Mahesh Bhatt's Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi and Dilip Shankar's Aatank Hi Aatank.

Though he gave up smoking later, the habit never fully left him. He had also said that his family was a conservative one and were dead against the concept of smoking. Aamir, himself, is dead against the habit of smoking and has repeatedly said that it is a lethal habit.

Incidentally, Aamir first tried smoking when he was 23 years old.
