This time, it's a ship!

Producer Vashu Bhagnani is known to launch his films in style.

He launched the music of his film Out Of Control on a chartered flight.

For his latest film, Vaada, he chose an Indian Coast Guard ship, Sagar, in Mumbai.

Film personalities thronged at Tiger Gate near the Indira Dock, South Mumbai, for the music launch of the film starring Arjun Rampal, Zayed Khan and Amisha Patel.

"It was tough to get permission but I am happy they agreed to our request," Bhagnani says, adding, "Filmmaking is a fun process. There was no need for us to be here. We could have released the music at Chowpatty, but there would have been no fun."

Ask him who has made a vaada to whom and Bhagnani gets tight-lipped. "No one knows that. Ultimately, the film is about which hero gets the heroine. I cannot say more as this is the suspense of the film."

The film is directed by Satish Kaushik, who gave Bhagnani a hit in the Kareena Kapoor-starrer Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai.

"We have completed this film on a start-to-finish schedule and it was very fast. There was a good chemistry between the three of us. It will be a nail biting film," Amisha says.

"Ships have been lucky for me," she says, referring to the novel way Bhagnani has launched the music of Vaada. "Be it Kaho Naa... Pyar Hai or Humraaz. Both the stories included a ship and they were hits. Whenever something has happened to me in the water, my film has soared! I hope I have a hat-trick with Vaada."

Zayed Khan chimes in, "The music by Himesh Reshammiya is good. People think that if the music is good, the film will also be good. But I don't want to sound overconfident."

Hrithik Roshan and Dia Mirza also attended the launch.
