Riddima Kapoor may not acknowledge cousins Karisma and Kareena Kapoor -- she seems to believe in the ctrl+alt+delete policy -- but she may, nevertheless, join them in Bollywood soon.
"Acting offers have been coming in," says the daughter of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh (now Kapoor). "But I am waiting and watching. Even if I do debut, it will be after my brother Ranbhir's debut."
Ask her about her famous cousins and she says bluntly, "We don't acknowledge each other."
Riddima, meanwhile, has a few other aces up her sleeve. For one, she's planning a debut of another kind -- a gym in the upmarket Pali Hill area in Bandra, northwest Mumbai, where she says she will even fly down instructors from abroad.
Despite their poor vibes, she also has something in common with Karisma. Like her, Riddima loves dancing to Shiamak Davar's tunes.
Anoushka keeps her distance
Anoushka Shankar may have wrapped up Dance Like A Man, but she now has to contend with the lure of Bollywood!
"I've had offers, but nothing I want to take up," says the daughter of sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar. "I don't understand why everybody's ultimate destination is Bollywood."
Anoushka says she took up Dance Like A Man because she loves to dance and director Pamela Rooks is a friend of the family.
Right now though, she confesses that she is looking for more diverse stimulants to keep her going!
