Jai (Fardeen Khan) is happily married to Gita (Sonali Kulkarni). The story would have ended there, but for Ria (Urmila). Ria is obsessively in love with Jai and will do anything to get him... including killing his wife.

But even in this unusual story, good wins over evil. And Urmila is packed off to the mental asylum.
