Karisma replaces Ash

Karisma Kapoor is on a replacement spree! First, she replaced Kajol who had herself replaced a pregnant Sridevi in Boney Kapoor's yet-untitled venture.

Now, Karisma has replaced Aishwarya Rai in yet another Kapoor flick.

Ash was paired opposite Anil Kapoor in Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria's Rishta. Just before the film was to be launched though, she begged off. Indu and Ashok had no alternative but to cast another heroine in her place.

Former Miss World Yukta Mookhey was to be signed on as the second heroine, but Ash's exit has changed all that.

"We were considering Yukta," said Ashok, "only when Aishwarya was doing the film. Now that Karisma is doing it, we will sign another girl."
