Trucks the BJP will send across the state: One charge against the Ashok Gehlot government is that despite promising electricity to all the villages in Rajasthan for at least eight hours a day, the promise was never kept.

At a rally, Vasundhara Raje says the experience of Rajasthan residents has been that there was no current in the electricity lines but a massive current (shock) in the bills they received. Consumers, she said, were billed for electricity that they never received.
