CRICKET Rahul Dravid weds Rahul Dravid opened a new innings on the personal front when he married Vijeta Pendharkar, a doctor from Nagpur, at the Yelahanka Temple on the outskirts of Bangalore on May 4. Dravid chose Akshaya Tritiya -- the day of eternity, immortality, and fulfillment, according to Hindu tradition -- to give up his place in the ranks of India's most eligible bachelors.
