Letter of the Day

October 11, 2001
Saving the Trump card!

When we are playing in a series, you have to keep some cards closed. Opening all the cards only exposes u, prepares the opposition, and offers u one less option in the time of crunch.

Just because Yuvraj Singh has played and bowled well does not mean that we should use him? That is bringing too much predictability in the game!

Did u hear the famous words of a Brazilian coach. He said "I never lost. I was always short of time'. And when u spring surprises, your opposition has to react within time , or else the game is already lost.

Signed
Sanjiv Bhamre
