The Super Eagles didn't live up to their potential in the last two Cup campaigns. At Korea, Japan; Nigeria is again Africa's most serious contender.

Nigeria have a quality side, but their temperament is suspect. If they perform to their potential, a quarter-final berth is assured. Drawn in a tough group along with Argentina, England and Sweden, the biggest worry though is their form.

Ike Shorunmu, Austin Ejide, Enyeama Vincent
