Mahindra United registered two impressive victories on the second day of the Nike-Manchester United Premier Cup (under-15) South and West Zone football qualifiers in Margao, Goa, on Thursday.
In their opening match, at the Nehru stadium, the Mumbai lads put it across Sporting Clube de Goa 1-0, with Merwin Steefen netting the winner.
Then, in their next outing of the day, they got the better of Air India 2-0, Andrew Borothelo and Nadeem Khan finding the net.
