Force India's [ Images ] Giancarlo Fisichella [ Images ] will start his 200th Formula One race, Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix [ Images ], in last place.
The Italian, who had already collected a five-place penalty for an unscheduled gearbox change, was the slowest qualifier on Saturday.
Fisichella said he had lost the chance to do a quick lap after being held up by Honda's Rubens Barrichello [ Images ] as the Brazilian was slowing down.
Stewards summoned both drivers but decided after reviewing the evidence that the incident required no further action.
