Darkness came in the way of Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy as they battled it out against Canada's Daniel Nestor and Serbia's Nenad Zimonjic for a place in the final of the men's doubles at Wimbledon on Thursday night.
The Indo-Czech pair fought back magnificently after narrowly losing the first set but had to leave the tantalizingly-posed semi-final unfinished at 7-6 (7-4), 4-6, 6-1, 3-3 because of bad light.
The winners of the match take on Swedish veteran Jonas Bjorkman and Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe in Saturday's final.
The eighth seeds upset top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan of the United States 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (11-9) in the earlier semi-final, which was interrupted by rain.
