Three Indian rowers have booked their berths in the Beijing Olympics after winning the qualifying tournament in the Chinese capital on Sunday.
Bajrang Lal qualified in the Open Singles Scull event, while Manjeet Singh and Devender Kumar booked their places in the Light Weight Doubles Scull event.
"This the best ever result we have achieved in Olympic qualifiers. We qualified in Athens and Sydney also but that was just one boat," Rowing Federation of India President CP Singh Deo said.
