Andy Roddick barely put a foot wrong as he darted into the final of the grasscourt championships at Queen's Club with a 6-4, 7-5 win over Russian Dmitry Tursunov on Saturday.

The American second seed will be seeking his fourth title here in five years after setting up a final showdown with the winner of the all-French duel between Nicolas Mahut and Arnaud Clement.

After torrential downpours over west London delayed the start by three hours, Roddick made up for lost time by breaking in the ninth game to love and sealed the set when Tursunov floated a forehand long.

The Russian kept pace with Roddick till 5-5 in the second set and went on to use up all three of his HawkEye challenges, bowing out after 71 minutes with the American unleashing an unreturnable serve on match point.
