Leander Paes [ Images ] and Martin Damm [ Images ] advanced to the quarter-finals of the men's doubles at Wimbledon [ Images ] after a straightforward victory over the United States pair of Scott Lipsky and David Martin on Wednesday.
The fifth seeds, who fired in 10 aces, beat Lipsky-Martin 6-2, 6-4, 6-2 in a one-sided 99-minute third round contest.
Paes and Damm had a rather easy run thus far, but face their first real challenge when they meet fourth seeds Fabrice Santoro [ Images ] and Nenad Zimonjic next.
Santoro-Zimonjic, who won the Rome Masters and Dubai [ Images ] Open this season, beat Czech duo Jaroslav Levinsky and David Skoch 6-1, 6-2, 6-4 in their third round outing.
Meanwhile, in the women's doubles, Sania Mirza's [ Images ] run came to a halt. The Indian ace and Israel's Shahar Peer were beaten by top seeds Lisa Raymond [ Images ] of the United States and Australia's [ Images ] Samantha Stosur [ Images ] in the third round.
They lost 0-6, 7-6 (4), 1-6, in an hour and 25 minutes
