England captain and Real Madrid star Beckham listed the players on his all-time squad in an interview with German daily Die Welt on Wednesday.
He named former Manchester United team mate Neville, Brazilian Roberto Carlos, England's Bobby Moore and Germany's Franz Beckenbauer as his back-four.
In the midfield, Beckham put himself alongside Northern Ireland's George Best, Germany's Lothar Matthaeus and France's Zinedine Zidane.
Beckham's striking duo was made up of Real Madrid team mate Ronaldo and Argentina's Maradona, who he called the best player ever. Peter Schmeichel, who played with Beckham at Manchester United, was his all-time top goalkeeper.
