Pakistan M Shoaib Hassan defeated India's Sourav Ghosal in the Men's Open final to clinch the Northern Open squash Championship in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Hassan overcame the challenge of the Indian star with a 9-2, 5-9, 2-9, 9-1, 9-3 win.
In the women's final, India's Mekhla Subedar beat Surbhi Mishra 9-4, 6-9, 9-4, 9-4.
B Balamurgan quelled Imran Khan's challenge 9-4, 9-0, 9-4 in the Professional final.
Pakistan proved their supremacy in the game as they emerged winners in most of the other age categories as well.
In the boys' under-17 category Pakistan's Raza Yaqub beat India's Gunraj Singh 9-2, 9-0, 9-1 while in the girls' section of the same age group India's Surbhi Mishra got past Pakistan's Zoya 9-1, 9-3, 6-9, 2-9, 9-7.
Ali Bukhari of Pakistan and India's Tanvi Khanna won the Boys' and Girls' U-11 contest respectively.
Bukhari beat compatriot Ammad Farid 9-0, 2-9, 9-1, 10-8 while Khanna got the better of Heba Johnson 9-0, 9-5, 5-9, 9-7.
