Bhupathi in mixed doubles semis

India's Mahesh Bhupathi [ Images ] and Daniela Hantuchova [ Images ] of Slovakia reached the mixed doubles semifinal at the US Open [ Images ] on Tuesday.

They beat Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe and Ai Sugiyama [ Images ] of Japan [ Images ] 7-5, 6-2 in their quarterfinal match.
