Leander Paes and Nenad Zimonjic registered a comfortable win to move into the quarterfinals of the men's double event in the ATP Tour Pacific Life tennis championship at Indiana Wells, USA.
Paes and Zimonjic of Serbia-Montenegro, the sixth seeds, defeated Xavier Mallise and Olivier Rochus of Belgium 6-2, 7-6 (7/5) in the second round on Wednesday night.
The duo would now take on top seeds Mark Knowles of Bahamas and Daniel Nestor of Canada for a place in the last four.
Knowles and Nestor defeated French pair Sebastian Grosjean and Gael Monfils 6-4, 6-1 in the second round.
