Leander Paes [ Images ] (Ind) & Martina Navratilova (USA) reached the mixed doubles semi-finals of the French Open [ Images ] tennis Championship at Roland Garros [ Images ] in Paris on Wednesday.

They beat Corina Morariu & Jared Palmer of USA 7-6(5), 4-6, 6-3 in the quarter-finals to set up a clash with Samantha Stosur [ Images ] and Paul Hanley [ Images ] of Australia [ Images ] in the semi-finals which will be played on Thursday.

In the other mixed doubles quarter-finals match Daniela Hantuchova [ Images ] (Svk) & Fabrice Santoro [ Images ] (Fra) beat Liezel Huber (RSA) & Kevin Ullyett (ZIM) 6-2, 4-6, 6-1.

They will face Anastasia Myskina [ Images ] (Rus) & Jonas Bjorkman [ Images ] (Swe) on Thursday.
