Huss/Moodie win men's doubles

Australia's [ Images ] Stephen Huss and Wesley Moodie of South Africa [ Images ] made history on Saturday when they became the first qualifiers to win the men's doubles title at Wimbledon [ Images ].

In the final, they beat second seeds Bob and Mike Bryan of the United States 7-6(4), 6-3, 6-7(2), 6-3.

The pair had never stepped on court together in a tour level event until they lined-up for the first round of the qualifying competition.

In Friday's semi-finals they got the better of last year's champions, Sweden's Jonas Bjorkman [ Images ] and giant Belarussian Max Mirnyi [ Images ], 2-6, 6-2, 6-4, 7-6.
