Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane is set to sign for Celtic, according to media reports.
Several British newspapers said Keane's move to the club he supported as a boy was likely to be confirmed later on Thursday.
The 34-year-old Ireland midfielder ended a 12-year spell at Old Trafford when he left United last month.
Keane, who has not played a competitive game since breaking a bone in his foot against Liverpool in September, inspired United to seven league titles after joining from Nottingham Forest in 1993.
Celtic, who have 44 points from 18 matches, are three points clear of Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
