Leander Paes [ Images ] and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia and Montenegro won the doubles title in the Monte Carlo Tennis Masters Series at Monaco.

The fifth seeded pair emerged champions after getting a walkover from their third seeded opponents Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan [ Images ] of the United States.

The Bryans were forced to pull out after Mike suffered a shoulder injury.

In the semis, Paes-Zimonjic had beaten fourth seeds Wayne Arthurs and Paul Hanley [ Images ] of Australia [ Images ] 6-3, 6-4 while third seeds Bob and Mike beat the French duo of Michael Llodra and Fabrice Santoro [ Images ] 6-0, 6-4.
