Real Madrid midfielder Zinedine Zidane will be sidelined for around three weeks after dislocating his right shoulder during his side's 3-0 Champions League defeat at Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday.
Zidane sustained the injury when he jumped to challenge Leverkusen defender Roque Junior for the ball in the final minutes of the first half, Real said on their website.
The Frenchman, who was replaced by striker Fernando Morientes at halftime, is almost certain miss Real's next Champions League game at home to AS Roma on September 28.
