Denmark coach Morten Olsen has been left to rue his team's failure to take chances after they lost 3-0 to the Czech Republic in their Euro 2004 quarter-final.

"I think we were the clearly better team in the first half but we just couldn't score from the chances we had," Olsen told reporters on Sunday.

"That has been our problem throughout this tournament.

"We should not have allowed them to score the 1-0 goal," Olsen added. "Overall, they were able to score much too easily on the chances they got. They had four goal chances in the whole match."
