Continuing her giant killing spree, Sania Mirza upset third seed Carla Tiene of Brazil 6-2, 6-1 to enter the finals of the US $10,000 Rabat ITF Women's world ranking tournament being played at Morocco.
Tiene, ranked 276 in the world, was comprehensively outplayed by the 17-year-old Indian who packed her game with power to win the first set of the semi-final clash with ease.
In the second set, Sania, ranked 466, faced little resistance from the Brazilian, who caved in under pressure.
Sania will now meet second seed Bahia Mouhtassine of Morocco in the final.
