England outlast Wales

England [ Images ] beat Wales 28-17 in Brisbane [ Images ], Australia [ Images ], on Sunday to book a place in the Rugby World Cup semi-final.

Clive Woodward's side now head to Sydney [ Images ] to take on France [ Images ].

England trailed 10-3 at halftime but Jason Robinson set up a try for Will Greenwood to level the scores early in the second half.

Jonny Wilkinson then kicked England to victory with a string of penalties and a last second drop-goal.

Wales defended really well in the first half. Captain Colin Charvis crashed over before halftime to get the Welsh supporters on their feet.

Martyn Williams scored a late try but it was too late for Wales.
