African champions Cameroon, as well as Nigeria and South Africa, have confirmed participation in the Afro-Asian Games soccer tournament in October, officials said on Tuesday.
Morocco have withdrawn from the tournament, to be played in Hyderabad and are to be replaced by a fourth African side.
Angola have been invited but are yet to accept the invitation, Confederation of African Football officials said.
They will play against four Asian countries -- China, Japan, Iran and hosts India -- in the tournament from October 22-31.
South African officials have said they will send a full strength side to the tournament but Japan have indicated they will field an under-23 team.
