The victims have been identified as M Priyadarshini, Chinta Satya [ Images ] Sudhakar, Anita Lakshmi and Anumula Anusha. Another student Nitish, who was injured in the accident, has been admitted to the St. Louis hospital.

Efforts were being made to send the bodies to their families in Andhra Pradesh in four days. While Anusha and Satya Sudhakar belonged to Vijaywada, Priyadarshini were from Hyderabad and V Anita Lakshmi from Visakhapatanam.

Telugu Desam president Chandrababu Naidu [ Images ] expressing his shock and grief over the loss of precious lives in the accident, and urged the state government to take immediate steps to bring the bodies home.
