No details were available of the meeting which took place in the backdrop of India's [ Images ] refrain that Pakistan is not officially conveying anything in response to the Mumbai attack evidence.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi claimed in Islamabad [ Images ] that Malik updated Chidambaram on the investigation into the Mumbai attacks but External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee [ Images ] said India had not heard from Pakistan through official channels.
