A minor explosion occurred in a toilet in the district court compound in Lucknow [ Images ] on Friday but no one has been reported injured so far, official sources said in Lucknow.

The explosion occurred around 11 am in the toilet situated near the office of the district judge but there was no report of anyone sustaining injuries, sources said.

There was also no major damage reported though the police has reached the court premises and was carrying out massive search operations, they said.

Though tension prevailed in the court compound, the situation was stated to be under control, sources added.
