Two British nationals and an Indian were acquitted on Wednesday by the Mumbai [
Images ] high court of charges of molestation and indulging in paedophilia at Three Children's Shelter Home run by them.
British nationals-- Duncan Grant and Allen Waters and the Indian William Desouza-- who were involved in running of the Three Children Shelter Home, were convicted by a sessions court in March 2006.
The trio were acquitted by justice Bilal Nazki after the case of the prosecution was disbelieved by the court due to lack of evidence.
