Absconding Orissa top cop B B Mohanti surrenders

Fugitive IPS officer Bidya Bhusan Mohanti, evading the police for the last several months for allegedly helping his son Bitti, a rape convict, to jump parole on Thursday, surrendered in a local court in Jaipur on Thursday.
