The police on Friday arrested two more Maharashtra Navnirman Sena students' wing activists in connection with the death of an Hindustan Aeronautical Limited employee due to the violence sparked off after the arrest of party chief Raj Thackeray.
The arrested have been identified as Amit Gangurde and Nandu Dardade.
MNS students' wing chief Sandeep Bhavar, Amit and Nandu, who were also arrested in connection with the same case, were produced in a Nashik court and remanded to police custody till February 18, Police Commissioner S M Sayyad said.
All the three MNS activists have been booked under IPC Section 302, Sayyad added.
Haribhau Dharrao (55), employee of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Ambada, was killed in the stone-pelting sparked off as a result of Raj Thackeray's recent arrest in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, District Superintendent of Polcie Nikhil Gupta said 13 persons, seven of whom are MNS activists, have been arrested in connection with the attack on north Indian workers of Jindal Polyfilm company in a nearby village.
