Show-cause notices were also issued to the two advocates as to why action should not be taken against them, SCBA President P H Parekh said.
The decision was taken at the meeting of the association's executive committee. The SCBA action came two days after Bar Council of Delhi also issued show-cause notices to the two advocates asking them to respond by July 20.
A three-member Committee of the SCBA was also formed to inquire into the matter and it will submit its report within four weeks, Parekh said. Besides Parekh, senior advocate V Shekhar and advocate Vikrant Yadav will be the members of the committee.
