The 11 accused who have been chargesheeted by CBI in the Khairlanji Dalit killings are being produced in a fast track court in neighbouring Bhandara district on Monday.
They will be produced in the court of S Das. Four members of a Dalit family, including a mother-daughter duo, were killed at Khairlanji village in Bhandara district of Maharashtra on September 28 2006.
46 persons were arrested in connection with the killings of Surekha Bhotmange and her three children Priyanka, Sudhir and Roshan. Of them 25 are on bail.
After a public outcry and widespread protests, the case was handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation, which filed charges against 11 persons.
