Condemning the ransacking of the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation office on Thursday by Trinamool Congress activists, Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya said it was an "indisciplined organisation."
Noting that the pace of industrial development could not be hindered by such vandalism, Bhattacharya said, "This is an indisciplined party and it has acted in an indisciplined manner."
Bhattacharya later visited the WBIDC office where Trinamool Congress workers went on the rampage, injuring eight employees and destroying important papers and records in the afternoon.
He was accompanied by Industry Secretary Sabyasachi Sen.
