A special CBI court in Ghaziabad on Thursday chargesheeted the prime accused in Nithari serial killings case, Mohinder Singh Pandher for the rape and murder of two teenagers.
Acting on a petition by Karan Vir, father of victim Madhu (14), and Anil Sarkar, relative of victim Anjali (14), Additional District and Session Judge Rama Jain charged Pandher for raping and murdering both the girls, CBI advocate Anil Behel said.
The CBI had earlier given a clean cheat to Pandher in the alleged rape and murder of the two other girls.
Earlier, Pandher was chargesheeted by the court for murder and rape of Payal (22) and Pinki Sarkar (18).
Pandher, another accused Surinder Koli and dismissed sub-inspector Simranjeet Kaur were brought from Dashna district jail to the court under heavy security on Thursday.
