Have you met President Kalam?

He is unarguably the most popular Indian President so far.

 

In the nearly five years that APJ Abdul Kalam [ Images ] has occupied Rashtrapati Bhavan [ Images ], he has transformed the presidency.

 

A people's President, Kalam has made it his mission to criss-cross the country, meeting youth, children, and citizens from all walks of life, infusing in them a sense of what India [ Images ] is all about, and where it is headed.

 

He must have met thousands of Indians in the course of his travels across the length and breadth of this glorious nation.
