Bofors: SC refuses to stay order absolving Hindujas

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an application seeking stay of the Delhi [ Images ] high court verdict quashing the charges against the Hinduja brothers in the Bofors payoff case.
A bench headed by Justice H K Sema declined to entertain the application saying that the court had already admitted a petition challenging the May 31, 2005, verdict of the high court.
