Former Jammu and Kashmir additional advocate-general Anil Sethi, who was wanted by the Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with the Kashmir sex scandal, on Wednesday surrendered in a Jammu court.
The CBI had announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for anyone providing information that would lead to Sethi's arrest.
Two former Jammu and Kashmir ministers are in CBI custody in connection with the scandal.
The CBI has so far arrested 13 persons including two former ministers, a deputy inspector-general of the Border Security Force and a deputy superintendent of police.
