Sahil Zaroo, the fourth person who was with Rahul Mahajan and Vivek Moitra at the Thursday night party, was brought to New Delhi on Sunday by the Delhi police from Srinagar.

The 21-year-old, who allegedly procured drugs for Rahul and his slain father Pramod Mahajan's secretary Vivek Maitra, was arrested on Saturday after his dramatic appearance before police in Srinagar.

Sahil was brought by a team of Delhi Police on a two-day transit remand for questioning on his role in the whole episode that resulted in Moitra's death and the mystery ailment of Rahul.

Sahil will be questioned individually by the Special Cell of Delhi police and may even confront him with Rahul Malhotra, Trishay Khanna and Karan Ahuja, the three others who were at the late night party.

Police, however, whisked him away through the back gate at the Indira Gandhi International airport to avoid a huge battery of media persons waiting there since morning.

Investigating officers on Saturday questioned Sahil's father, a carpet dealer with business interests in Mumbai, Delhi and some foreign countries, about the whereabouts and antecedents of his son.

With the mystery surrounding the death of Vivek Moitra and hospitalisation of slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's son Rahul yet to be unravelled, police on Sunday picked up a few persons, including some Nigerians, for questioning.

"We have detained some persons, including foreigners, for questioning in connection with the case. We are also looking
into the drugs angle," a police source said.

Police are interrogating the detained persons for their possible role in drug peddling and their links with Maitra and
Rahul.

So far Delhi police have questioned 16 people, including the three - Trishay Khanna, Karan Ahuja and Rahul Malhotra - who had visited the late BJP leader's 7 Safdarjung Road residence on Thursday night along with Sahil Zarru, who was arrested on Saturday after his dramatic surrender in Srinagar.

Police on Saturday registered a case under Section 27 of Narcotics and Psychotrophic Substances Act against some unknown persons in connection with the case.

A police team also went to take the statement of Rahul but could not have a session with him as he is still in Intensive Care Unit.
