The 7/11's multiple blasts in Mumbai trains is a part of the global evil design of the Islamic terrorists, who had been trying to destabilise India for quite some time.

Encouraged by Al Qaeda and backed by the intelligence agencies of both Pakistan and Bangladesh these terrorists groups had set up their strong bases in both the countries to carry on devastating attacks in India to destroy its communal harmony and strong economy.

Intelligence sources said from their bases at Karachi, Pak occupied Kashmir and the villages near the Afghanistan border and Dhaka, Rajsahi, Jessore, Chittagong and villages along the Myanmar border, these groups had been trying to regain their foothold in Nepal and some parts of India.

The sources suspected that the terrorists had, in all probability, used powerful time devices having ammonia nitrate or RDX for Tuesday's serial blasts rather than remote control devices.

"If they had used remote control devices for blasts in eight stations they should be very powerful long distance remote devices and should have come under the security scanning system," they pointed out.

`'Even if we go by the account of the eyewitnesses, who had informed the police about the terrorists, the theory of using time devices gains strong ground,'' they said.

The involvement of terrorists from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Kashmir in the serial blasts in both Mumbai and Delhi is increasingly becoming evident.

While Pakistan has long been harbouring terrorists, Bangladesh has emerged as a strong hub for the Islamic terrorists with strong patronage from the ISI, the Bangladesh intelligence agencies and Jamat-e-Islami.

With strong surveillance on the country's western border the terrorists had changed their tactics of entering India and had been taking the advantage of the porous border with Bangladesh for carrying on their clandestine activities.
