Former US president and United Nations Special Envoy for Pakistan Earthquake Relief George H W Bush is currently in Pakistan to oversee the rehabilitation work.
Bush was appointed by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan as his special representative for quake relief.
About 73,000 people in Pakistan and 1,300 in India were killed and 3.5 million were left homeless in the October quake.
In his two-day visit, Bush visited quake relief camps in Islamabad. He also met President Pervez Musharraf and assured him that he would work with the international community to assist the government in raising funds for relief and reconstruction work in the earthquake affected areas.
